Very cloudy yellow 1 inger head. Lemon skins, grassy, wheat heavy nose with only a hint of urinal cake...but for the record most sole lacto fermentations give me that urinal cake nose so it’s not a huge fault of the brewer here. Refreshingly tart though. Very light body, faint lemon, not a sharp tartness. finish is almost absent of all tart notes but with lemon, watermelon and dare I saw a ground veggie like potatoes.
