Draft at Pro Pig, 16 oz pour spilt 2 ways. Aroma has mild white grapes, big citrus. Flavor comes off as bold citrus, juicy texture, no bitterness, grass lingers after it is warms. Actually a lot of fruit is pulled from this Mosaic. Real nice display of hop. Grass and fruit balanced. Lighter body with a crisp aftertaste.

Here we go again, poured into a tulip, ugh. So much to teach Vermont, ugh!
Anyways, here’s the rest:
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a thin off lacing forming.
The smell had some citrus, light pine and light sweet grapefruit.
The taste was mainly the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionable sort of feel to it. Carbonation felt decent.
Overall, well, if Prohibition would have poured it into it’s proper glass, maybe I would have gotten what I was supposed. Wheat ales aren’t supposed to be poured into tulips, just saying.

Good hazy orange with a one finger white head. Really good juicy almost wheat aroma with a little pineapple. Explosive carbonation. Great density. Piney finish

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #118. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a hazy lemon with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of wheat, tropical hops. The taste is juicy tropical fruits, citrus and floral notes, wheat. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.
