Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 05.04.17. BARWA: jasne klarowne złoto. PIANA: biała drobno pęcherzykowa, średnia, niezbyt trwała, szybko się dziurawi i opada praktycznie do zera. AROMAT: świeże wyciśnięte limonki, kwaskowość, o dziwo nie wyczuwam mosaica który jest bardzo charakterystyczny ( i jest moim ulubionym chmielem), kolendra na poziomie auto sugestii . SMAK : kwaśne, ewidentnie wyczuwalny sok z limonki który trochę idzie w stronę kwasku cytrynowego, słona woda, w przyjemny sposób ściągające i cierpkie, jest tak pijalne że nie wiem w którym momencie się skończyło, prosi się o kolejny łyk i kolejny, pije się jak lemoniadę. Bardzo dobra interpretacja, tym bardziej że nie użyto bakterii kwasu mlekowego, ale limonka i słód zakwaszający robi naprawdę robotę no i nie przekolendrowane a wiadomo że z tym składnikiem trzeba uważać a w tym przypadku naprawdę trzeba się wczuć (w aromacie na poziomie auto sugestii). Poproszę na lato. ;)

Mojito Gose. Lightly hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Nice limey nose. Palate is light, dry and finely minerally crisp. Lime with lesser lime pith and peel. Very light savoury vibe. Any mint is subtle to the point of not being there. Light dry finish. Limey linger. Refreshing but perhaps as much of a fruit beer as a gose.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of hops, yeast and peppermint, with citric and malty touches. Sourish flavour of grain, with notes of yeast and mint and touches of hops and coriander. Citric aftertaste. Interesting and refreshing but not easy for regulars.

Aroma: Salty, light sweet, lemon/lime.
Appearance: Clear golden color. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Salty, lime, light sour, light sweet.
Palate: Medium bitter. Light sour.
Overall: Very good. Refreshing, tasty, salty, sourish.

0,5l bottle at home from trade with lordrakos. BB 05/04/2017. yellow almost clear color, quite small white head. smells parfumy, citric, lemonade, lime, herbs, light bready notes, nice smell, reminds me more of lemonade though. light to medium body, medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes quite citric, both lime and lemon, light herbs, lightly acidic, lemonade-ish, after a while light bread and a bit doughy. finishes rather dry with notes of lime, lemonade and dough. overall drinks pretty refreshing, but more like a lemonade though.

(Draught at Hopfenreich, Berlin, 28 Aug 2016) Hazy golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, lime, washing-up liquid and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, lime, green apples, white bread and a slight saltiness emerging after a while. Medium body, quite dry. Different, but tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
