Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours an orange gold with no head. The aroma is strong apple skin, oak. and booze. Slick body, apple, pear, honey, nice sweetness, ligjt booze, really enjoyed this.

Skinny 300ml bottle pours an oily, darker orange with a little white head. Nose is huge with apples and apple sauce, apple juice. Flavor is juicy, saucy, raw apple, cider too. Finishes oily and slick. A bit raw.

Bottle shared at the DC RateBeer May tasting. Clear golden amber. Aromas of honey. Tastes of honey, apples. Light body with a dry finish.

375ml bottle, at the May 2018 DC RB Tasting. Poured a clear kind of reddish-pink color, more pale than I expected. Aroma was some light floral notes, some berries. Smooth, boozy apples. Pretty pleasant.

From a 375 ml bottle at the RB gathering May 2018. It is a clear sherry colored; the Aroma is of apple. The taste is thick and sweet llike a syrupy apppesauce.

From a 375 ml bottle at the RB gathering May 2018. Pours a crystal clear pale rose. Aroma of apple and strawberry. Flavors are sweet and cloying, but delicious. Deep flavors of deadfalls. Tasty stuff.

Big thanks to Dowon for this rare tread. 2015 Vintage. Sampled. Rather pale golden for the style. Chemical sweet apple, table sugar & low soap nose. Taste is basic table sugar & not ice cider sweet, candy, some plastic in the finish,… Substantial body. Very high on sweetness but more table sugar & bit less your usual ice cider sweet. Definitely amongst the weakest ice ciders I have had to date but still a good drink.

2015 Vintage. 12% ABV. Mocny, dojrzaly cydr lodowy. Smukla butelka kryje bogactwo smakow i aromatow sadowniczych i regionalnych jablek. Pieczone jablka, gotowane w kompocie, jablko z ogniska, szarlotka z kardamonem i cynamonem, rodzynki sultanskie, mnostwo ich powciskanych do popoludniowego babcinego sernika. Cydr ten nie ma wogole piany, barw ma dosc ciemna brudna pomarancze, Slodkie z poczatku ale nie tak jak sadzilem ze moze byc przeslodzone, skutecznie tu dochodzi wytrawnosc, cierpkosc i cos co uwielbiam zwlaszcza w regionalnych cydrach z Normandii czy Bretanii. A mianowicie drewno mokre piwnica, wilgotna ziemia, spruchniale deski. Aby te aromaty i smaki dodarly do naszego podniebienia i umyslu nalezy scisle przestrzegac temperatury. Chclodzone przez tydzien w lodowce ok 8stopni i na 20 minut do zamrazarki. Do tego kieliszki schlodzone kostka lodu to wtedy poczujemy w pelni te wszystkie walory. Pierwsze moje spotkanie z tym stylem, ciekawe jak z by bylo w porownaniu z Kanadyjskimi. I na koniec powiem ze ponad 10 procentowy alkohol byl nie wyczuwalny, tylko na moment przyjemnie rozgrzal. Udany rzemieslniczy wyrob. Polecam.

Bottled as 12 abv. Is this a new entry ???? Pours clear blonde . Smell is pure , sweet, apple, syrupy. Taste is full, apples, bit spiced. Appleskins, fleshy, mild boozyness. Sweet. Complex. Some unusual flavors for the style.
