Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with an off-white head. A little citrus in the nose. Medium body, lightly sweet fruit and a bitter and somewhat messy hop profile in the finish. 220311

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, hops, and caramel, leading to a bitter. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

12 0z bottle. Hazy yellow color, Small ring of white head, that left little to no lacing. Floral hop nose. Taste is a light hop upfront that becomes sweet near the finish, which sort of reminds me of honey. Very light bodied with a good amount of drinkability.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright orange color with a large orange-white head that produced good lacing. The aroma was tangy with notes of lemon and grapefruit. The flavor was tangy and tart with light notes of lemon and grapefruit. The finish was long, tangy and tart with a vague fruity presence. Medium body. Rather subdued but decent.

not bad, like the label says, enjoyable on a summers night. not too much to say about this one except harpoon is one of those brewers that could brew some really good and interesting beers, and although being one of the most popular american heffeweisens in their ufo series, this one is just fine. nothing especially wrong with it, taste and aroma are fine, finish is what you’d expect, but doesnt leave you with a memorable experience that will keep you coming back.

12oz bottle. Drank one month after expiration. Hazy orange, with a fluffy head. Earthy seawater aroma. Odd, but not sure if that if due to over-aging. Mild lemon-orange citrus tones in the pretty solid hop bill. Not unlike a BPA in taste, but really misses in the mouthfeel. A nice creamy, yeasty touch keeps it well balanced and drinkable. Certainly a fairly unique offering, sort of a BPA and APA hybrid. Grows on you.

Cloudy brownish amber color with a white head. Citrusy aroma. Beer itself is too watery. Got some hops, but nothing substantial. A lot of citrus action going for an EPA. Palate is way too thin. Goes down easy, but at the expense of flavor and complexity. I had this once while drunk and it was fine, but when I purchased a six-pack I was sorely disappointed.
