Each season we brew this wheat ale with real Vermont maple syrup. The ale is light golden color just like real maple syrup. This has a light maple flavor with a mildly sweet body. Pale, wheat and carapils malts are used with Tettnanger and Cascade hops and pure Vermont maple syrup.

Gorgeous dark golden brown. Looks like watery maple syrup. Perfect clarity. Grade a maple appearance. Roasted wheat and maple sap. Smells wonderful. I've had this 4 times and this bottle being my last, it's starting to fall off. The maple flavor grows stronger an the wheat is more muted or subdued. Carbonation isn't as bright as desired. 80% carbonation. Light body. Bitter sweet finish.
