The Seesaw Series is our gose playground. Designed to capture delight and fun in the form of an easy-drinking and flavorful beer. Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added. With Double Seesaw: Blood Orange we set out encapsulate a morning glass of orange juice in Gose form.
Pouring a warm hazy ruby in the glass, vivid citrus notes immediately great the palate. Notes of freshly squeezed orange, lime zest, and citrus pith combine for a fresh and vibrant sip. Medium-bodied and satisfyingly tart, Double Seesaw: Blood Orange displays an amicable balance between acid and salinity.
