On tap at Zeughauskeller. Pours dark with a good head. Nose is damped by the head, but once that clears there’s plenty of spicey roasted malts there. Flavour is more of the same, a little spice, a little toast and a spiced red fruit finish.

Hazy dark brown with a medium sized tan head, lots of lacing. Aroma of toasted malts and toffee. Taste of sweet fruit, toffee and wheat
Good

On draught at Brasserie Fédéral in Zürich. The beer pours a dark brown color with a medium beige head that dissipates steadily. The nose is lightly roasty with notes of malt and fruit. Light body with flavors of toasted malt, slightly sour fruit and nuts. The finish is short and malty. Average all around.

Mildes Schwarzbier ohne sortentypische Aromen. 9/5/5/6/8/5

bottle. Dark colour, large head. Malty nose, which somehow reminds me of Leffe bruin. Malty and grainy, hints of roasted malts and caramel.

Brown color. Simple aroma, with some caramel. Interesting caramel and light roasted malt touch, dry feeling, but also a metallic note.

[This beer is brewed with wheat] The aroma is sweet and malty with notes of caramel and licorice. The color is brown and it has a fine beige but fast disappearing head. The flavor is sweet and malty with roasted notes. The mouthfeel is nicely soft.

Near black. Roasty, earthy, lavourful. Medium bodiued with balanced bitterness. A very good schwarzbier.
