Compliments of jwc215. Thanks again, Joe!
This pours from 12oz bottle a slightly hazy orange with a nice healthy head of foam that shrinks to a fine layer and it has some lacing.
The smell is a nice mix of hoppy bitterness and some bready and sweet malt notes.
The taste on first sip has some sweet malt and some bready notes that is followed by a hop oil flavour and a bit of citrus and just a tiny bit of grass. Interesting.
Swishing the beer in my mouth, the hop oil is the most noticeable flavour that I can detect, followed by the bread, and I'm finding it quite pleasing.
Further sips in and I'm noticing that the finish has a lemony taste to it and that's something that I thinks detracts from my overall enjoyment of this Pale Ale. Lose that and I'd give it higher marks.
Bottom line: A good Pale Ale that could be better if...see my remarks. ;^) I'd still say try it.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Rather vague aroma of aroma hops. Medium-bodied, somewhat bon-bon like flavour and some weak accents of citrus. A wee touch of caramel, but ends overwhelmingly dry. Not much hops, and not really any great IPA. 220406

An unclear orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has light notes of hops, caramel, and malt, and so does the flavor, on a sweet background. I find it a bit light in the flavor.

Light amber colour; light earthiness of flavour. Mostly Goldings and caramel malt. This beer would be right at home in Ontario.

This is a wonderful full-hopped IPA style. Golden in color, clean scent. Strong complex hoppy flavor.
