Sampled cask conditioned at the Stein Inn, Waternish, Isle of Skye. Pale golden. Herbal nose (I think of heather, but that's probably only imagining). Light bodied, soft and dryish. Notes of vanilla. herbal, sweetish, and only lightly bitter finish.
