Perilously drinkable dark ale. A special blend of malts with First Gold and Styrian hops giving a wonderful dried fruits aroma with a toffee, slightly nutty palate that will leave you spellbound! Note: no pumpkins were harmed during the making of this beer.

Cask (Guide Dog in Southampton in 2006) - Amber/light copper. Biscuity malt, berries and hints of caramel and citrus are all evident in both the aroma and taste.

Cask-conditioned at the Victoria, Clifton Lido, Bristol 1/11/2012. Deep amber with a slight, off-white head. Red fruit, caramel and earthy malt aroma with a hint of roast. Flavour was also sweet and fruity, with a hint of spice and decent, bitter finish. Good.

Sampled cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm.
Amber colour. Intense hay aroma. Superb fruity rounded maltiness. Full bodied, yet very quenchable. Long salty, really bitter finish with some resin. Outstanding in it's simplicity.
