Bottle at home, koszi Panni! Pours ruby with quickly disappearing head. Nose is funk, berries, lactic sourness. Taste is nice sourness, a touch of funk, a mineral hint, big fruity kick. The finish lasts long and shows fruity, funky and somewhat salty/mineral notes with a nice malty depth. Light bodied with soft to average carbo, refreshing. Yumy.

Bottled@Panema, Helsinki. Hazy red colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is black currant, some lactic notes, mild brett as well as some slight salty notes. Flavour is sour black currant, dry wood, brett, some lactic notes along with some other berries. Dry and quite tartly smooth. Highly enjoyable brew.

0.33 l can thanks to Jadran who brought it from Italy, shared with Višnja 666 and him. Intense sour red currant aroma. Red grapes, slightly tannic, a blueberry note. Tart, vinous, nice fruity flavour, loaded with berries, red currant. A bit one sided. Light body, moderate to high carbonation, light puckering finish.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy burned wood aroma. Light bitter strange woody flavor. Average light bitter. Moldy. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Esben tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich blueberries, lactose acid, wood, malt and has a nice sour berry finish.

Arôme est frais, bien fruité, côté baie sauvage avec un léger rétro-nasal tropical, léger funk se dégage en retrait.
Palais est bien fruité sir un effet baies/mûres presque framboises récoltées, funk et acidité qui perce plus sur la fin avec un côté plus tropical.
