Tap at Rbabarrab, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy reddish amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, mineral, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate sour with a dry crisp, light tart citrus,light biscuit dough palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

KØLF 120118. Purple color with a pinkish head. Aroma is black current, sourness. Flavor is black current, sourness, brett, passion fruit. Nice beer.

Kicsi, azonnal elillanó hab, piros szín. Fanyar, ribizlis, maracujás illat. Savanykás, enyhén sós, ribizlis, maracujás izek, némi búzás háttérrel. Fanyar, könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Finom, frissítő, nagyon jó arányokkal rendelkező sör.

330ml bottle from Boxbeers. Batch #108, bottled AUG 2017. Pours deep red with a small white head. Aroma of tart cranberries, lingonberries, redcurrant, mild sourness, funky yeast, wild berry juice notes, hints of earthiness. Taste is tart, slightly sourish and funky yeasty with some wild berry juice, redcurrant, cranberries, lingonberries and earthiness. Finish is tart, sour and farmyardy with some earthiness, yeast and loads of berries. Pretty complex and funky.

330mL bottle, pours an opaque bright red with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with pithy currants and passionfruits, with tons of lacto. Flavour is loaded with tart passionfruits and red currants, with heaps of lacto and tons of pith. Very fruity, with pithy and lacto notes. Nicely done.

Bottle. Unclear pink body with almost no head. Aroma has acidic blackcurrant with passion fruit. Quite plain, slightly acidic flavor of blackcurrant, passion fruit and soda pop, not much else really. Thin, slightly watery body and aftertaste in the same direction of the rest. Far from the most interesting beer from Brekeriet. Aroma was the best part.
