Flaska från SB. Tack Samuel214. Tjusigt röd med liten vitrosa skumkrona. Tydlig och härlig doft av svarta vinbär och hemmagjord svarta vinsbärssaft med passionsfrukt och passionssoda lite längre bak. Fräsch syrlighet i smaken med toner av citron, hö, svarta vinbär och återigen passionsfrukten lite mer i bakgrunden. Efter en stund träder den fram något mer. Tycker även jag anar lite hallon och hallongodis. Konstigt nog tycker jag det blir en mycket tydligare ton av svarta vinbär i denna än vad jag kan minnas att Cassis hade. Fräsch, pigg och balanserad - Brekeriet när det träffar precis rätt! Mycket gott.

Tap at beavertown extravaganza. Pours red, nose is bloodorange, gooseberry, raspberry. Palate is full on bloodorange Juice, strawberry and raspberry finish. Great!
