50cl can from (ABV. 5,1%) Maxima, Vilnius. Pours clear pale golden with a white head. Usual pale lager aroma, mild grainy with hints of cooked vegetables and some lightly fruity notes and hints of grassy hops. Moderate sweet, not much flavour and a very light bitterness. Boring stuff, but drinkable .

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session, thanks AK!). Pale golden colour with a rather thin white head. Aroma is quite much skunky, barnyardy, plasticpipe, mild grains and some melted rubber. Flavour is quite much similar, a very harsh brew, from which I couldn’t find all too much positive things to say.

2004 bottle. INTERESTING ONE HERE. Noting the style, I did not find this one to appear that appealing. Just your regular, yellow-gold, with maybe a faint touch of light amber. Decent foamy white head, but I’ve seen much better rosy/peach coloring, and this one is filtered to make matters worse. Aroma is sharp, lightly metallic and hoppy, with a hint of strong grainy pils malt or just plain two row. Flavor was not nearly as bad as I expected and while cold, this one was refreshing, drinkable and quite good. Flavor is not complex, but has hints of sweet malt, light grainy sharpness, and some lingering sweetness. Body is medium to medium light, with a moderately carbonated, zesty feel. As it warms though, I detected some bitter/sharp alcoholic tones, the beer finished very harsh and with a poor, highly sharp alcoholic flavor. Overall it was decent, somewhere around average, but it just can’t even begin to compete with summer of lager or wolnzacher hell.

Bottled (BB 08/2004)
Pale yellow, medium foamy head white head, mostly vanishing. Lively carbonation. Slightly hoppy and metallic aroma. Starts with metallic-alcoholic bitterness, then very carbonated palate with very short watery and oily finish. Light alcoholic aftertaste and hints of corn.

Slightly cloudy pale golden colour with a big-bubbled white head. Fairly decent aroma of hops, citrus, coriander seed and a bit of yeast. Light-bodied; Sweet citrusey flavour of a witbier with the lightness of a pils! Aftertaste slightly bittered from the malt, but left fairly complex. Overall, better than I was expecting! I bought this twelve ounce bottle from the Opera House Gourmet in Manassas, Virginia and sampled it on 21-November-2003.

Blond color. Just somehow more bitter than the In Ice, but almost as much not interesting. Anyway the palate is quite long.

Bottled. Pale yellow. Very sweet and mellow. Offputtingly chemical. Dysmal...
