Wariacja Berlinera która trafia w moje gusta, bukowa wędzonka to chyba moja ulubiona, oscypek plus kwaśne nuty świetne pasują do siebie. Z jednej strony proste - kwas i wędzonka z drugiej świetny balans i dobre wykonanie.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 07/04/17. Hazed golden pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is bonfire, smoked malts, bacon, wood, light citric peel. Taste comprises smoked bacon, straw, lemon tang, frazzles, toasted grains, big smoke effect. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent smoked cross over.

Tap @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity and heavy smoked meat. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. A bit watery. 270617

Tap@Taphouse 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - yellow coloured pour with white head. Light fruity and malty with some grassy hoppy notes, citrus lemon, light body and carbonation, some smoked notes, spice, pinch of salt, dry fruity finish.

(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Distinctively smoke malty and slightly wheaty aroma with notes of smoked ham, as well as a lactic touch. Moderately sour flavour, light bodied but not watery and a crisp carbonation. Moderately acidic sour-fruity and well-balanced smokey taste with lactic notes, lingering into the sour-fruit and smoky finish. Very good 10.I.17

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 1, split with 77ships. Dorée/orange, léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme offre de belles effluves de fumé assez bien dominant qui vont bien avec le caractère de Berliner, notes de sour arrivent en rétro. Palais est de suite dans cet aspect citrique de Berliner mais avec un savant usage de malt fumé, et un fini un peu acerbe indiquant plus des pommes vertes. Avec le temps, le fumé reprend le dessus sans jamais devenir surfait ou trop dominant de la base Berliner.
