Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Very hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is really massive smoked wheat, almost medicinal, extreme Grodziskie, smoked wheat profile,... Taste is same fizzy wheat Grodziskie, too much, almost medicinal, big smoked sweet apple, almost soap,... Taste is smoked wheat. Grodziskie remains very hit or miss for me, sometimes too weird for me,... I still struggle at times to like these beers, this is another one of those. I partially liked this one but it wasn’t easy for me.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose has strong dry smoked beechwood, some wheat accents. Light sweet flavour with pleasant, cleansing smokiness, mild dried wheat, some lemon notes. Light bodied with active carbonation. Finishes with lingering smoky dryness, light lemony tang. Nice.

Golden with little white head. Aroma is ham, citrus, wet salt. Taste is much sourness with watery ham. Very thin body, so watery. Maybe well done, but not for me.

500ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, foamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly smoky, tart-ish aroma, "greasy" notes of bacon and Mettwurst, hints sauerkraut, laurel, brine, a fruity touch of quince, ephemeral overtones of lemon and lactic acid. Taste is tart, mildly smoky, slightly salty, notes of bacon and mettwurst, sauerkraut, a touch of vinegar, a fruity touch of apple and pear, beech wood ashes. The perfect "fat" illusion goes as far as delivering a seemingly greasy film coating the lips. Paradigmatic. - p.s.: at temporarily touchy moments, when the ester reality shines through, the illusion is endangered to collapse; but you can easily (and deliberately) switch back.
