This is an American-style pale ale. We used a variety of US hops to deliver a full flavoured, aromatic brew, laden with pine, citrus and fruity goodness.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and some bready and slight yeasty tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some mild grassy and citrus tones. Not all too bitter. Refreshing, good summer beer.

330ml bottle. Pours clear golden straw colour with a white head. Aroma is floral, grassy with clean malts. Taste is light sweet, moderate malty with more floral & grassy notes. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Dryish, gently bitter finish. One of the better Aussie pales I’ve tried, plenty of flavour

Pale amber pour, small head.German (noble) hops instantly noticeable in the grassy and floral notes, nice and subtle overall though, not overwhelming. Some clean malt in the background. Very nice.More grassy hops upon tasting, not quite my thing usually, but it mixes in with a fair bit of sweet malt to make a nice mildly refreshing beer. Finishes with a prominent but easy-going bitterness.Moderately light body and carbonation, works well.

Pale golden color. Mildly hoppy mouth and citric mouth. Dry grainy finish that isn’t too pleasent. Boring.

Bottled. A hazy light orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of citrus, and so is the flavor , leading to a dry finish. Weird for the style. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of highlandlad. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a tall, white, lacing head. Weak aroma of citrus. rather light in body with sweetish, flowery notes and a very subdued bitterness. Quite heavy on the CO2. 290607
