Bottled (from very old backlog, marked as entered to RB, but no RB rating found). Golden colour with a small head. Aroma is grainy, malty, bready and earthy. Flavour is grainy, bready grassy and earthy. Not exactly what I would associate with midwinter...

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a handsome, dense and creamy head leaving some laces. Neat and rather sophisticated floral aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet and malty with a lovely hop aromatic finish. Really an exquisite lager. 260706

A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is hoppy with notes of straw and some grain. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain and straw as well as some hops. The end has a subdued bitterness with a hint of fruit. The mouthfeel is surprisingly smooth. Plain, but very drinkable.

Bottled. Pale golden with a small white head. A fruity, hoppy aroma with some maltyness and a touch of grass. The flavor starts malty and caramel-ish and is balanced with hops. It has a nice, hoppy finish. A pleasant pilsner. (060428)

(Bottled) Golden yellow colour with foamy, but disappearing, head. Flowery, grassy nose with cereal, hops and spicy hints of citrus and ... pineapples? Distinct but somewhat prickly. Taste is dry and bitter with cereal, white bread and hops. Despite the dryness, some hints of sweetness come through towards the finish, mainly dry though. Light to medium bodied. Refreshing and nice, but with an odd underlying sharpness.

Bottle. Weak, but nice, flowery hop aroma. Clear golden colour, very small head. Dusty flavour, quite malty and with good aromatic hoppiness.

Bottled. Pale yellow with big, airy head. Flowery hops with candyish esters and bready malt un the aroma. Dryish and bready with fairly soft mouthfeel. The British style Fuggle hops clashes with a Central European malt profile. Some notes of metal and sulphur adds to the confusion. Finishes with above medium bitterness. An interesting beer, but perhaps more weird than balanced.

Blond color. Very simple aroma; the flavor is better, medium maltyness, with a quite strong bitterness, partially aromatic. Boring.
