Sampled at Warsaw Beer Festival, spring 2018. Unclear pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is mild floral with distinct cucumber. Flavor is like a mild, pale malty saison with hint of fruit and dominated by cucumber flavor. I don’t really recognize the juniper but there is something rather floral here that might be that. Medium body and mostly cucumber in aftertaste. Quite nice, at least as a variation from fruit, lactic, juice and hops. This is something totally different that actually just nice and refreshing to drink.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head, quite bubbly carbonation. Aroma is cucumber, spices, some herbs and mild yeasty eements. Flavour is cucumber, some juniper, mild herbs and dry wooden elements.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow white with white ring around the glass. Aroma is sulfur a light cucumber. Nice cucumber with that yeast Saison twist.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is cucumber, fresh yeast, a touch herbal. Taste is cucumber, juniper berries, herbal, quite clean tartness. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Refreshing and fun!

Keg at the taproom. Pours golden, nose is huge cucumber, floral, banana, taste is juicy fruit, refreshing cucumber, grass.

440 ml can, from Ales By Mail. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy and very pale yellow colour, like a witbier. Small white head. Aroma of lemon, lactic acid and cucumber, hints of juniper berries and white pepper. Medium dry flavour of citrus and distinct cucumber, with spicy notes (pepper more than juniper berries) and fairly distinct bittering hops in the finish.
