Draft pour pint at Elysian Fields, after a good win. Pours a cloudy orange color with tons of foam head. Soft feet hop aroma, not the most inviting. Flavor is a solid hop profile, with some juicy orange fruit. Low bitter, orange finish. Drinks very much like an IPA. Pretty good.

On tap at Elysian Brewing Seattle, pours out a nice light amber topped with a cream white head. Light hops and a little soap as well. The end has a little bitter on it.

12 oz Bottle from Enniskillen; nose of flowery, piney hops; clear light copper with a big, glass-lacing pale yellow head; flavor of light hop bitterness balanced with a light caramel. Very balanced and tasty. Would make a good session brew at 4.8%!

On tap at Elysian, Seattle. Copper colour with lasting off white head. Sweaty sock hop aroma and flavour. Very bitter finish. Some caramel, bit of buttery diacetyl maybe? I can’t see any other reason t have that butter. Could be better.

Draught at the brewpub. Pale brownish amber. Sweetish with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Slightly syrupy with lingering resiny finish. Harsh and raw.

Draught @ Flying Pig, Everett WA
Golden-amber colour with a finger of foam. Earthy aroma (really surprised this is Simcoe and Amarillo - maybe they changed it this year?) speaks of English hops with a hint of diacetyl. Woody, earthy bitterness balanced by toasty & pale malts. Flavour is clean. Nicely done.

Bottle Pours a slightly hazy medium amber with a huge frothy off-white head, very thick coarse lacing. Aroma is sweet, malty and hoppy. Citrus rind is very apparent. Flavors are consistant with citrus, malt and lots of hops. Like an IPA to me. Feel is a bit thin and the aftertaste is a steady hops bite.
