Bottle. A lasting modest tan head on a black beer. Aroma where Bourbon and oak are not quite too much for dark chocolate and roasted malt. Even more so in the taste where bittersweet chocolate, heavy roast, coffee and hints of berry reduction are accented by the barrel. Finish is bitter but it's mostly roast. Very nice.
