[Cask at GBBF] Black. Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Sweetish and creamy with plenty of coffee Chocoalte and roasty malt that lingers well into a milky finish. Soft and balanced. Fills your whole mouth with flavour.

Bottle at St George’s Cemetary RB Gathering. Completely black beer with dark beige head. Smokey, tarry, dark burnt aorma. NIce stout, very dark roast finish. Charcoal. Nice. Thanks for this Haddonsman Cask at GBBF 2006. Black with no head. Choc is stunning. Velvet, intense dark cherry. Stunning, stunning beer. The level of chocisity (is that a word?) is amazing. Up there with DFH and the Plevna Imp Stout as beers of the festival.
