Hazy pale blond color. Flowery aroma, delicate, elderflowers, hops. Good flavor, dry, malty, almost crispy, with a strong bitterness, of good quality. Good.

Cask at GBBF 2006. A yellow beer with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet grassy, while the flavor is sweet grassy on an OK malty background, leading to a dry bitter end. Very refreshing.

Cask gravity at The Swan at Wittersham. Clear gold, no head. Grassy hop, sauvignon blanc gooseberry aroma. Bit of yeast. Slightly tired in mouth, lovely gooseberry hop finish. Would have been stunning when fresh (as Ray the landlord said)

[Cask at GBBF] Clear golden. Grapefruity nose. Medium sweet with chewy rounded mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Flowery grapefruity finish. A lovely beer where both hops and malt excel!

Pale ale beer with a citric and bitterly hopped aroma, and a very bitter flavour. Ok for a very hopped English ale.
