8+11+7+8 --- Beer merged from original tick of 69 Popp Bier on 28 Jul 2014 at 17:10 - Score: 4. Bottle. A slightly chill-hazed, golden beer topped by a minimal white head. Matly and fruity nose with crackers and ripe yellow apples. Fruity flavor with apples and pears, grains and some oxidation. Low on bitterness all the way. Medium body, with less co2 than I would like. There’s not much herbal aromas or flavors here, actually there’s not much of everything. A rather wasted use of money. 100108

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and honey, leading to a sweet honey finish with only a very light bitterness. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Mild cornish and malty aroma. Medium dry malty flavoured. Dry wooden and slight oxidised flavoured, i guess it is the "Potenzholzextrakt" - scary stuff.

swing top bottle (330ml). -Hmmm, beer for well known sex shop chain Beate Uhse with Potenzholzextrakt (WTF is that???). According to the label, this suppose to be "very sexy beer". Let’s see... 2.10€
Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation. Pure cardboard nose. Sweet malty, caramel and cardboard taste with some stale vegetables notes in the finish. After drinking this beer, I didn’t feel like doing anything, even less having sex. In one word: S H I T!!!

[Bottled] Pale yellow, average head. Paper aroma. Dryish, raw, mellow and metallic. Cheap and useless, but what can you expect from a beer with a nude blonde on the label?
