The most interesting trend in today’s world of IPAs, matching our preferences and showcasing what’s best in American hops and American brewing creativity. There is a high chance that Misty is going to become our favourite India Pale Ale! This time we let ourselves be inspired by New England’s brewing legacy.
Juicy fruitiness is brought to you courtesy of three kinds of finest American hops. Grapefruit, mango, lychee and limes greet your palate, giving way to gooseberry, white currant and – no kidding – white wine. Add just the right amount of herbal bitterness and finish off with a velvety soft mouthfeel – without oats and wheat this beer wouldn’t be the same.

33cl bottle from the Beer52 box for July. A hazy amber pour with a tight white head and lots of very unattractive sediment; fresh grapefruit aroma; soft in the mouth with sharp grapefruit and lemon flavours; and a drying finish. Its a shame that I'll have to ditch the last third.

Barwa złota, zmętnione, piana biała, umiarkowanej wielkości, jako tako się trzyma. W aromacie owoce tropikalne i cytrusy. W smaku średnio soczyste, sporo cytrusów i tropików. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie niskie do średniego. Nieco brakuje konkretu.

On tap at Pu?apka, pours an opaque cloudy bright peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some stone fruitiness and citrus. Flavour is truly a hipster, NE-style IPA, with loads of dank hops, stone fruit pithiness, and biscuity malt. Dank and stone fruity in the best of ways. Wonderful.

[ As Trzech Kumpli Misty ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, zesty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, tropical fruit, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170805] 7-3-8-3-15

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17. Hazed golden orange with a well presented off white covering. Nose is orange pith, pineapple, straw, breads, light danko exhaust. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, citric tinged straw, grapefruit, toasted malts, grains, lemon peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced semi dank hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Bottle share at Chriso's Pre-GBBF Shindig. 05/08/2017. Many thanks! A pale yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is wheat, green hop, veg, green citrus. Flavour is composed of doughy wheat, green hop light veg. Palate is grainy, moderate carboantion, meh.

Bottle from Wochiech. Many thanks! Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Sweet, very citrussy, tropical fruitiness in aroma. Taste is citrussy, light tart, lemon and pineapple. Bitter finish. Good IPA.

Pours hazy light gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Mango and pineapple aromas. Soft and dry with tropical fruit and dusty yeast upfront turning to mild resin in the medium length finish.
