Our flagship and our greatest pride. Pan IPAni (a play on words: Pan i Pani translates to Mr and Mrs) is a great way to start your adventure with the IPA style and a perfect introduction to the American hops goodness.
The best of two worlds: the lightness of wheat beers combined with the enticing bitterness of a classic IPA. Expect prominent citrus, mango and pear aromas intertwined with delicate floral notes. Slightly cloudy, light golden. Well-balanced, moderately bitter on the mouth.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, wheat flakes, oat flakes, hops, yeast.
Piwo jasne, górnej fermentacji, niefiltrowane, pasteryzowane.

DØE. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus and a little fruit peel. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, little fruit peel, grapefruit, little dry, medium sweet and medium bitter.

On tap at Lawendowa 8, pours an opaque cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a lovely dank hoppiness upfront, with floral notes, and light pine. Flavour is wonderfully fresh and expressive, with piney hops galore, softened by floral notes, and soft pillowy wheat. Soft and piney. This is lovely.

Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours hazy yellow with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, citrus, tangerines, slight wheat. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, grapefruit, tangerines, wheat. Finish is sweet and grapefruit. Overall: very good, maybe bit too much on the sweet side.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy pale yellow with medium grain white foam. Aroma is intense citrus, like mandarin and bergamot. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with some underlying bitterness and some spicing. Finish is average.

Barwa złota, obficie zmętnione, piana biała, obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie cytrus, iglaki, białe owoce, nieco żywicy. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo cytrusów i białych owoców, albedo z grejpfruta, zapewne Mosaic, nieco iglaków. Czuć zdecydowanie pszeniczną bazę, piwo jest gładkie, miękkie. Wysycenie średnie do wysokiego, goryczka średnia, ciała nie brakuje. Bardzo dobre piwo, dowalić nieco większą goryczkę jeszcze i mamy elitę.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white head. Nose is orange pith, lemon peel, straw, toasted grains, light bread. Taste comprises orange pith, pine, melon, toasted grains, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.
