Draft. An unclear brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of chocolate. The flavor is sweet malty with quite a lot of chocolate, leading to a rather bitter finish. I don’t find it in harmony.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy brown with almost no head. Aroma is aroma hops with a vague malt profile sweetness but also slight chemical/medicine. Flavour is rather dry hops, slight sour. The hop type provides the beer a rather estheric note, leading into chemical flavour. Finish is dry.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Cloudy nut brown. Neutral aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with clean, hard mouthfeel. Some light odd berry flavour, otherwise very neutral - almost void of flavour. Medium bitterness.

(On tap) Hazy, nutty brown with a neat, off-white head leaving a pretty lacework. Aroma of nuts and burned caramel. Medium body with a lightly sweet malt character with whiffs of caramel and nuts. Ends dry and a little watery without much bitterness. 110507
