Draught in Veilbronn. Clear golden, small head. Fruity phenolic nose. Sweet and medium bodied with notes of vegetables. Medium bodied with bold mouthfeel and too much sweetness. Low bitterness. With it’s lack of harmony it feels very un-Frankisch.

(bottle) Clear pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet grainy, slightly buttery nose with light notes of resiny hops. Light-sweet flavour, grainy taste with a shy hoppy background, light body, almost crispy carbonation; malty, light bitter and dense hoppy finish. Pretty drinkable Helles, clean and refreshing.

Bottle: Pale golden coloured, slightly hazy, slightly lacing fluffy head; the nose is a mox of sweet-bready (mainly) and fruity-citrousy aromas; sweetish (bready) flavour; short citrousy and bready finish, only a very light bitterness in the aftertaste. A pleasant, light thirst-quencher with a franconian touch........
