Piva se silnou intenzitou vůně a chutě, kde převládají banánové tóny,silným řízem a plností a s nízkou intenzitou hořkosti jemného charakteru.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Vova. Nice cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of fruity esters (banana and citrus), a bit of spiciness, wheat, yeast, and a bit of olives. Tart flavor, wheaty, yeasty, fruity, slightly spicy. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Seems like an infection is starting, but it’s still not bad and kinda decent.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, mild wheat, some banana, yeast and quite citrusy as well. Flavour is fruity, wheaty, mild zest, citrus and some slight lemongrassy along with mild yeastyness. A bit thin, but otherwise really nice Hefeweizen.

Bottle @ Kulovy Blesk, Prague. Pours hazy golden with a creamy head. Yeast, grain and wheat with a brett infection slowly developing and doing a good job.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Yeasty and malty aroma with a herbal touch. Sweetish yeasty and malty flavour with bready character, herbal notes and a drying finish - possibly a little brett infection

On tap. Straw to golden colour, very lightly cloudy. Creamy head that lasts very long. Medium aroma of wheat, notes of banana, yeasts, minor citrus fruits. Initially sweet taste, but then light bitterness somewhat neutralizes the taste. Some could say it is dull. Does not have the immortal sweet finish that often annoys me with weizens. Instead, it is more balanced. Not one of the best of this type, but deffinitely not one of the worst, maybe little indifferent, but good.
