shared by ungstrup. clear orange, smooth white head. aroma is herbal, grassy, very biere de garde like. flavor is sweet malty, faint herbal, faint spritty.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Fruit and strong phenols in the nose. Medium body, low carbonation, fruit, yeast, phenols and a whiff of smoke. Lightly bitter finish. A bit of a mess really. 220311

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of hay and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, straw, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, slight yeasty and mild estery. Bitter, malty, slight metallic and cornish flavoured. Slight caramelish. Dry and bitter finish.

Bottled. Clear golden, small head. Vanilla and dough comes through first. Sweet and well rounded with medium body. Spun sugar mixing with toffee abd butter. Low bitterness. Solid, but more traditional than revolutionary.
