Bottle 0,75ltr: Beer brewed in name of a French revolutionary leader wich they chops his head off with the guillotine. Perhaps if you drink plenty of this brew you got somekind of a impression.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Fruit and strong phenols in the nose. Medium body, low carbonation, fruit, yeast, phenols and a whiff of smoke. Lightly bitter finish. A bit of a mess really. 220311

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of hay and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, straw, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottled. Clear golden, small head. Vanilla and dough comes through first. Sweet and well rounded with medium body. Spun sugar mixing with toffee abd butter. Low bitterness. Solid, but more traditional than revolutionary.
