The most notable thing is that it is our first straight up IPA, no funny business, just malt, yeast, water and hops. Lots of hops. I guess it only took us four years!

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo limone velato, al naso ananas frutta tropicale agrumi resina pesca, in bocca pompelmo caramello uva ananas marshmallow, corpo medio, alcool perfetto, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro accentuato, secca nel finale. Molto buona. c. Carrefour Germignaga 11.09.22

(Keg at Birger, Hämeenlinna, 20220802) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had butter, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, creamy toffee, grass, malts, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy brew with sweet and fruity notes.

Can at Beermaalde online tasting. Golden color with white head. Nice hoppy aroma with resing, zest, grapefruit, orange. Taste, hopcentered with piney, ctrus hops. Solid malty backbone. Very good.

Bière 33 cl ramenée du m&s de la gare St pancras. Robe blonde légèrement trouble. Nez frais, houblonné. Bouche fraîche, sèche, houblonnée et exotique, vraiment parfaite. 3eme découverte de cette brasserie que j'adore, je ne suis pas déçue.

Notater fra pubcrawl med Håkon og Børge, vinterferien -22. Fra fat på Baran: lett uklar strågul med utmerket skum helt ned. Mild furunål, litt krydder og engelsk appelsinmarmelade. Fin bitterhet og ganske saftig avslutning. Hint av nybakt brød helt mot slutten.
