Blonde ales were historically made by ale brewers to compete with the lighter drinking lagers of the day. This blonde ale has a biscuit-like aroma that comes from the generous use of Maris Otter malt and finishes with a spicy hop character. Enjoy a refreshing pint of this easy-drinking ale. Sold only on draft at the brewery.

Pours gold with a clingy white, but small, head. Aroma seems grassy. Flavor is quite grassy. A god, substantial "light" ale. It is nobly bitter.
