Small white head lacing the glass. Sweet malty aroma to the nose. Buttery pale malts in flavour. Dry on the palate. Possible to drink (Ystad, 31.07.2010).

Draught@SBWF 2009.
Hazy golden color, small steady creamy head, lace. Sticky, diacetylic and sour nose. Flavor is more diacetyl and toffee. Quick sweet bun finish. Quite infected feeling. (Btw, this can’t be a Vienna)

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, faint head. Sour butterscotch aroma. Sweet and fruity, yeasty and lemony. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Low bitterness. How long has the infection at Ysta been going on now? These bacterias are probably teenagers by now...
