Bottle. Golden color, somewhat hazy. Dusty cellar aroma with pear. Celler notes and tropical fruit in the flavor. Seems somewhat oxidized. Slightly floral. Still needs work.

Modeste 2016. Pours unclear yellowblonde, good white head. Smell is weak, bit thin. Mild bitterness. Taste is full, bitter, sharp, sticky, sweet back. Mild paint-thinner aroma in the late aftertaste though.

Troebel geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht zuur fruitig. Naam is blijkbaar inmiddels gewijzigd in Chaams lichtblond bier volgens etiket.

Bottle shared at the July 2014 chriso tasting - London. Pours unclear yellow with a creamy white head. Sugary dough on the nose, yeast, white bread. Lightly oxidised, with medium sweetness, light dry dough, white bread, hay, faint toffee. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with light booze and candied sugars. OK.
