Вдохновленные нашим любимым итальянским лакомством - тирамису, мы сварили этот десертный русский имперский стаут с печеньями савоярди, какао крупкой, высококачественным шоколадом, десертным вином и изрядной порцией эспрессо, который мы готовили в течение многих часов. Еще одно пиво для холодных долгих зимних вечеров в те периоды, когда хочется сладенького.

Tap. Dark brown color, tan foam. Aroma: very sweet, caramel-chocolate, good coffee. Taste: coffee, caramel, whiskey, chocolate, ice cream, mighty.

Sampled at VCBF 2017. Thnx for sharing Eugene and Tim ! Pours black, small to no head. Smell is sweet, burnt, dry. Caramel. Taste is sweet, caramel, lactic chocolate. Meh.

Thank you tderoeck! Sampled draft @ VCBF 2017. Oily black with no head. Nose is weird sweet plastic candy, sugar, sweet, spoiled lactose. Taste is unpleasant plastic, sugar, chemical, off condensed milk, herbal, gravy, overly boozy, painfully chemical tasting. Sugar, plastic, syrup. Quite a mess with plenty of unpleasant notes, definitely didn’t taste like Tiramisu for me, quite a mess.

Clear black beer, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of burned caramel, crème brûlée, lots of vanilla, sweet, sugary, wow, nice smell! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, caramel, soft roast, vanilla, malty, milk chocolate. Aftertaste: roasted, coffee, sweet, caramel, vanilla, crème brûlée. Lovely dessert stout.
