Our Smooth Keg beer is brewery conditioned. It has only one fermentation with nitrogen used in the kegging process and served chilled to give our famous Okell's bitter taste and extra smooth finish.
A golden-coloured beer with a full malt and superb hop aroma, with a long lasting dry-ish hoppy complex finish.
Ingredients: Pale Ale Malt, Crystal Hops First Gold/Target, Late hop Nelson Sauvin/Cascade/Fuggles.

Tap @ Outback in Douglas. Smooth and fresh beginning. Not too deep in aroma, hints of hazelnuts, a bit bitter till the end. Smooth and easy to drink. The aftertaste is medium, fresh and malty-smooth, hints of nuts, hints of smooth ale. Easy to drink but not too deep. Probably a reason of the cool temperature.

Draught, nitrokeg (as Okells Bitter), aboard Isle of Man ferry. Hazy nut brown, creamy nitro head. Fruity hay-like aroma. Dry and light with creamy mouthfeel. Pleasant hay-like hops. Light nutty malt. Mid bitter finish. Very pleasant for a nitro dispenced bitter.

(Draught in Douglas on 2008-07-05) Amber. Cloudy. White medium-sized dense head. Lightly hops and malts in nose. Full palate with some carbonation. Sweetness, malts, hints of bread and lightly bitterness in taste.
