On tap at ACBF2017. Pours hazy amber, off white head. Malty, sour, ripe fruit, bit vinegarish. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity and slight acetone. Dry, bitter and sourish. Earthy. Herbal and overripe fruity. Sour finish.

Sampled @ ACBF Vichte 2017. Trübes orange goldenes Bier. Geruch ist mild säuerlich fruchtig, rote Früchte, holzig. Geschmack ist mild säuerlich, rote Früchte, holzig, trocken.

ACBF 2017. Thank you for sharing kraddel, tderoeck, Travlr & friends. Sampled cask. Deep red amber, zero head. Nose is really strange & intense, smells like balsamic vinegar, pickles, Japanese pickled ginger, kimchi that has stood a while in your fridge, fermenting berries. Its truly weird & intense. Tastes like Japanese picled ginger, vinegar, watery kimchi, vinegar, fermenting wild fruit; Body is flat, watery. Well, after almost 9k beers I got to use some tasting notes for the first time ever, there is that but this is far too wild & weird for me. Worth tasting for the shear strangeness.

Hazy purple brown beer, no head. Aroma: oxidized, very floral, caramel, malty, fruity touch, bit chemical. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, metallic, dried fruits, bit chemical. Aftertaste: hoppy, bitter, metallic, tannins.
