Bottled@SBWF2015. Reddish amber colour, not much head. Aroma is bready, some caramel malts and mild berries along with some alcohol. Flavour is fruity, malty, alcoholic, plummy and some mild caramelly notes.

Bottled at SBWF. Clear mahogny colour, small head. Syrupy nose with caramel and red berries. Very sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Syrupy finish.

Bottle at SBWF2015. Deep amber color, no head. Perfumic caramel aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramel, bread, fudge in the flavor. Liquerish palate. Covers alcohol well. Balanced dessert beer.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Reddish/brown with a small head. Quite a lot of malt in this one. Also some dried fruit, warming alcohol and sweetness in the finish. A descent one.

Tap @ High Hops. Pours a hazy, dark orange appearance with a light cream colored head. Caramel, candy sugar, burnt sugar, dark fruity, fig, plum aroma. Fairly potent but not hard to stock. Sweet candy sugar, a bit earthy, brown sugar, grape, plum, honey flavor. Fair better Quad than I would expect from a new brewery. Well balanced.
