Flaske 500ml fra Meny Larvik. Delt med Håvard hjemme hos dem 16 Jul 15. Mørk gylden. Høyt skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Uklar. Aroma av karamell. Smaken lett syrlig karamell. Bra - men uvariert.

Bottle. An unclear brownish amber beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is quite weak, with a fruity sourish touch. Caramel, bread and some citrus notes. There’s a sour touch in the flavor too, with citrus zest and some dried fruits. It’s full to medium bodied with a bit too much carbonation. Dry, and with a long sour and fruity finish. Not a very successful Bayer. 150808

500ml swing-top bottle, batch 61, bought at Eurospar Langnes. A good shot when opened. Hazy dark orange coloured body. Fawn-coloured head slowly diminishing. Bread and earth on the nose, semi-sweet. Dried fruity flavours added by caramel and nuts. Drying malt-fruity finish. Alright, rather empty though (Tromsø 26.07.2015).

Bottle 500ml @ home
Pours hazy dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, biscuit and some fruitiness. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly dry, grainy, bready and faint sour finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is fizzy to soft.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a nice, foamy tan head. Aroma has caramel malt, bread, yeast and slightly spicy. Flavor is sweet malt, fruity, spicy and yeast with a touch of acidity. Medium body and aftertaste. OK and easy to drink, something here reminds me of extract homebrew that didn’t turn out quite well, on the other side this beer seems to have some more potential and it isn’t bad either. Feels quite refreshing and kind of enjoyed it anyway, still want to try a better version sooner or later.

Orangebrun klar med fingerhøyt beige skum som blir fort helt borte. Nøtter, bær, malt og kandissukker. Sukkersøt smak, litt syrligbitter avslutning. Kort.
