Can, batch 138, from and with Luc Bourbonnière (merci!) at a tasting with Per, savoured on March 24 2017; eye: golden, semi-hazy, no effervescence, minuscule ring of tan head, no lacing; nose: light malt, slight sulfur, slight floral, slight medicinal; mouth: light malt, slight sulfur, slight floral, slight medicinal, light biscuit, finale in biscuit with light floral presence, light body, good carbonation, lightly bitter, slightly sweet, lightly grainy texture; overall: fine

Canned at Ottawa gathering. Hazy golden, small head. White grapes, grass and some citrus up front. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Crisp bread, spice and hay. Long bitter finish.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light mineral notes, grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a nice grainy biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, OK. Can Tasted at Per’s Almost gone tasting, March 2017.
