lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo pallido velato, al naso mango papaya agrumi luppoli resina, in bocca pompelmo melone uva resina note erbacee, corpo medio leggero, alcool presente ma ben bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale, astringente, bella secca. Clear gold yellow beer, big solid creamy white head, a little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very dank, resinous, hoppy, earthy, some marijuana, a little fruity, not a tropical fruit bomb, but a very dank beer, I love it! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: oh my, that’s diacetyl… too bad. :( Some marijuana, a bit sweet, and more diacetyl. I can’t get past it. Aftertaste: bitter, a bit juicy, some grapefruit, good hoppy bitterness, zesty, a bit yeasty. Ok, but too bad about that diacetyl. :(

Keg at Astral Beer Pube, Bologna, 25/03/23. Golden blonde with a good sized white cap that retains well. Nose is mellow tropical fruit esters, ripe melon, grapefruit, soft malts. Taste comprises melon, orange pith, grass, grapefruit, hint of lemon, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Tidy enough easy drinking DIPA if perhaps lacking a little oomph.

Smell of tropical fruit, oat. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of overripe fruit, booze, oat, hops. Slightly stinging booziness. Lively carbon. Mostly sweet, some bitterness.

On tap at Het Lagerhuys, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out perfumey, floral hops, light pine, and boozy melon. Flavour is perfumey and floral, with boozy, perfumey hops and a hot, sweet malt underside. A bit harsh and too perfumey. Not bad but needs work.

can from beerbay online shop in spain. hazy yellow, smooth white head. crisp us hoppy aroma, clean hop bomb with a very subtle exotic hoppy note, but it's clean and straight us hoppy. really really nice aroma. flavor is grapefruit, tropical fruits, crisp malts, sweet malts, very faint citrussy note than keeps the overall flavor profile sharp and not cloying. good quencher. really good easy drinking double ipa.
