Clear pale blond beer, creamy white solid head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, some banana, yeasty, floral, refreshing. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, some banana, bitter hops, pretty grassy, bit floral, yeasty. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, grassy, very bitter, grapefruit pits.
