Light amber with off white head - Fruity hop aroma - Malt body to support a good hop profile that has some fruity tones along with some herbal flavours with bitterness - Ther herbal flavour with the bitterness goes into the finish that ends dry - This was good

Big offwhite head. Muddy opaque orangey body. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with orangey notes. Dryish mealy tropical fruit taste with resiny metallic notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy, slightly flat mouthfeel. Dryish resiny orange peel aftertaste with vegetal notes. Quite good, but a few odd flavours, and overall the feeling that perhaps they should have filtered it a little bit. (0.4l draft at Kulturhuset, Oslo.)

Hytte 240715. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, pine, peaches. Flavour is fruit, malt, pine, peaches, grapefruit, grass, citrus. Medium body. OK beer.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 28.09.15. Almost clear golden. Diminishing off-white head. Moderate aroma of citrus, marmalade and apple jam. Similar taste, mostly with bitter citrus. A bit metallic bitterness

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with white head. 28/09/2015: Aroma of caramel, some apples, esters, pine needles, citrus peels. Tastes very bitter, dry, thin bodied. 14/03/2016: Aroma of sulfur and drain.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of fruity hops (hints of tropical fruits), spruce and ripe Gravenstein apples. Light bodied. Medium dry flavour, well hopped throughout, hints of apples, grapefruit and spruce tips. Bitter finish and aftertaste, nearly medicinal. Refreshing.

500 ml bottle. Unclear golden body with a nice, stable, lacing off-white head. Strong, nice and refreshing citric aroma with just a hint of pale malt. Flavor is light, nice, refreshing with light pale malt, lots of citric fruit and a solid dose of bitter hops. Fine balanced body and long lasting bitter aftertaste. Really nice and thirst quenching session IPA, served fresh like this I think a lot of other regular IPA’s might feel weaker than this baby.

Soft gusher. Big slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, lawn, wet leafs, hay, light malts, hop pellets, worth, pine needles, cereal. Taste is slightly dry grassy, leafs, hops, hay, wet grass, bark, minerals, light malts, soil, pine needles. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle. A lightly hazy golden beer topped by a dense but foamy head. Beige, with some lacing. The aroma is piney and lightly fruity, with a touch of pale malts. Grass notes. It’s dry and medium bodied, quite bitter, and with a nice carbonation level. Pine cones, resins and grapefruit peel. Lasting finish. Sort of one dimensional this one, but tasteful and refreshing.
