Bottle. Clear straw golden body with a big, fast disappering white head and quite much carbonation. Aroma has distinct apple with some general fruitiness and hint of funk. Flavor is a bit gentle and delicate, pure apple, slightly acidic and some balanced funk. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary going on, but sure a fine, well made natural cider.

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.0%. Produced Sept. 2016, bottled May 2018. Fermented in oak vats, hopped. Very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a moderate but shortlived white head. Aroma of apples and moderate hops, a hint of oak. Very dry and crisp flavour, notes of apples, moderate hops and oak again, elegant.

KØLF 210918. Pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma is apples, funk, yeast, fruit, lemon. Easy drinkable and nice cider.

On tap @ Bergen �lfestival. Pours very pale yellow-ish, with a small creamy head. Aroma is light funk and apples, with hay and fruity brett. Medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart, with apples and lactic acid, as well as brett and musty fruit peel.

Bottle, 375ml corked. A clear, pale golden colored cider. Funky, fruity nose. Borderline puke and sewer, but strangely enough in a nice way. Apples, barnyard, lemon notes. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with a very light carbonation. Apple, funk and lemon notes in the flavor, with a lasting tart, funky and fruity finish. It takes a few sips to adjust to this one, then it's really delicious. 171207

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is bretty and solid zesty apples. Dry, sour, bretty. Citric zesty. Dry and tart finish. Solid bretty and apples finish.

Matt lys gul med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Sursyrlig lukt mot syrlige epler og eddik. Sur, noe syrlig smak. Noe pepperig, sure bær og syrlige epler. Middels lang. Tørr. (Grûnerløkka Mikrobryggfestival 2017)
