Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is weird sour-ish fruity, rubber, apple cores, apple peel, fruit stones, minerals, oak, yeast, funky apple juice, barnyard, sweaty cheese. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, oak, rubber, bark, apple cores, sawdust, barnyard, sweaty cheese, apple peel, hay, paper, fruit salt. Medium bitterness, watery and dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Weird.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, minerals, paper, apple peel, sorrel, apple cores, yeast, bark, grass, sawdust, fruit stones, hints of fruit salt. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

Keg at Lindheim Ølkompani, Gvarv. Hazy pale yellow, small head. Grassy mango and lemony apples up front. Tart and slender with citric acid and candy, some minerals. Elegant and vinous.
