Bottled. Clear golden, mid sized head. Flowery citrus aroma. Dryish with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Floral and zesty. Long bitter finish. Laid back and uncomplicated. Good stuff.

12oz bottle from Brennans. Not much of a head on top of an unfiltered amber body. Antiquated, unimpressive offering. Woody, earthy, bland caramel malts. A little bit of a conservative NW hop balance, but drinks really heavy for a "medium bodied pale ale". Really shabby offering.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a light glossy orange color with a decent yellow around the edges. There was some light stringy lacing around the glass.
The smell had some light citrus to blend decently with a caramel malt base and then as it warmed there was a nice light spiciness that came out.
The taste was mainly the same thing.
The palate was somewhat dry and still carried a slight degree of sessionability.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good beer.

This pale ale poured a clear amber colour with a white, quickly dissipating head. To the nose there are scents of hops, corn, metal and grassy hops. First taste was slightly watery with flavours of corn, spice?, grassy hops and bread? Finish was lighgtly hoppy with corn and hop lingering. Better than I thought it would be.
