(Bottle) Dark brown colour, almost black, with hints of ruby. Creamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with black bread, raisins, roasted nuts, coffee and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with notes of black bread, chocolate, raisins, nuts, coffee, liquorice, tobacco and a balanced roasty, slightly earthy, bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced porter. Nice one.

Flaska från SB. Nätstan svart vätska med lågt skum. Doft av kaffe, rostad malt och jord. Medeltorr, mjuk och len med lätt beska. Drickvänlig. Smak av mjukt kaffe, choklad, karamell, tobak. Trevlig.

Appearance: Dark brown colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Roasted malt, chocolate, caramel.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

330ml bottle, via djoeye, shared with Finn. Bubbly fawn-coloured tophead. Crocheted lacing. Pitch black in the glass. Inviting smell of dark bread and mid-sweet chocolate malts. Blended taste profile of chocolate malts with hints of coffee and liquorice. Nicely roasted malty end. Medium bodied. Likable. (Tromsø 01.08.2019).

Delt med Rune. Anskaffet av djoeye. Svart. Høyt mokkafarget skum. Kaffearoma. Smaken kjeks, røstet kaffe & sjokolade. Balansert. Kakao i ettersmaken.

Bottle from Systembolaget. This beer is a tough one. Overall not a hegu fan but it has some nice moments of merit. The odd coffe, odd cola.

330ml Bottle - Very dark brown with a foamy head. Chocolate, raisins, blackcurrant and plums in the aroma. Blackcurrant, plums, coffee and chocolate in the taste. A bit rough in places but quite nice.

Mørk brun med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter nøtter, kaffe og kakaopulver. Middels fylde. Søtlig, maltig smak. Brunt sukker, nøtter, kakaopulver og noe brent karamell. Lett sjokoladebitter avslutning.
