MBCC. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, yeasty, spicy and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 120517

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light mineral notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice dry yet fruity malt with light mineral notes, light acidity and Brett, pleasant. Bottle at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

From a 50 cl bottle purchased at Arrowine. Pours a hazy pale gold with a thick off white head. Herbal and floral aromas. Flavors of mint and hibiscus. Smooth and refreshing.

Sample at MBCC 2017. Hazy golden with a white head. A bit tart with citrus, herbs and some yeast. Fairly soft and easy to drink.

Tap @MBCC2017, Yellow Session. Hazy yellow, white froth. Malty, citrusy aroma, light cat piss. Light citrusy and malty flavour. Light spice. Creamy, fluffy.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Yellow Session. Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier. Geruch ist mild säuerlich, hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack ist floral hopfig, hefig, Gewürze.

Tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, Rome-Italy. juicy golden pour, huge frothy white cap with a good retention. Nose: pink grapefruit upfront, Mediterranean herbs, lime. Mouth: medium-low carbonation, session beer, a bit too empty but with some solid character. Lime again.
