Our big love and passion for hop allowed us to create this sort of beer called IPA. Historically, India Pale Ale appeared in the XVIII century when English brewers started exporting beer to India. This beer was enriched with hop, containing more alcohol in order to resist during the long continual journey that lasted about 4-5 months(particularly, hop acted as a natural preservative). BEERMASTER IPA is brewed with a rich addition of hops during the brewing process and at the final stage of fermentation. As a result of that, India Pale Ale turns out to become a beer with wild and strong types of selected hops that excite feelings with a deep and a bit pungent taste and a pleasant bitterness at the end which complete this very drinkable beer. Our BEERMASTER Session IPA is brewed in American style and has a golden color with a quite pleasant flavored and hoppy enhanced taste that has fruity and citrusy finishes.

Keg at Taproom 27, Chişinau. Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with grapefruit and lychee. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Pears and lychee. Mid bitter finish. Keg at Craft Baza, Chişinau. Pears and grapefruit more evident. Hops overall more present.

16-OCT-2017. Draft. Same resiny and grassy fresh hoppy flavour, but the aroma got visibly more fruity (mango, peach), with some malty notes coming through. Just getting better. 7-4-7-4-14=3,6.

1-SEP-2017. Pasteurized PET. Same character as the keg version, but the pasteurization really hurts the beer - it gets un unfresh smell and flavour with notes of boiled veggies and cereal meal, some stale fruit too. 6-4-6-3-12=3,1.

22-JUL-2017. KEG at Craft Baza. Hazy golden, nice off-white head. Pretty hoppy nose - fresh grass, light citrus, light peach, quite a but of green onions and diesel. Some bready / yeasty notes. Not bad. The dominated by the same hop profile - light citrus zest, green onion pungency. Balancing fruity malts in the background. Soft chewy mouthfeel, soft oniony bitterness. Pretty much a blockbuster by the brewery’s standards. 6-4-7-4-14=3,5
